What does it mean to knuckle and swerve. Also what does it mean when a soccer boot has a good touch. What is the touch?

Here's a link to a soccer glossary and some definitions copied below:

Knuckle ball - a ball that is hit squarely (i.e., does not rotate) and subsequently changes direction unexpectedly due to the uneven build-up of air in front of the moving ball.

Touch - a player's ability to control, use, and feel the ball
First Touch - shooting a ball without stopping or controlling it first
1-Touch - a style of play in which the ball is passed on or distributed without touching the ball more than once
2-Touch or 3-touch - a style of play in which the ball is passed on or distributed after only two or 3 touches

You familiar with the knuckle ball in baseball? It dips and swerves around in the air with little predictability. That is basically what it means in soccer. A player takes a shot the ball will basically bounce back and forth in the air, making it harder to stop.

As for the golden touch. Means that as the ball comes from a pass or trying to control it then the player has the most control over it.

Touch basically is being able to control the ball, hard touch and the ball bounces away a long distance and is more likely to be taken, soft touch keeps the ball more under your control.
