i'm doing a w/s for extra credit on the movie..and i didn't catch that part...also if u have watched The Alamo with Billy Bob Thorton and u can give me the dilemma that davy crockett and sam houston faced..would be great..also the major message of the film...sorry i don't know how i missed these details..lol

Well.. I don't remember much about the book or movie.. but I know the time period.. and the French were arming the Native Americans to kill the Americans.. So,.. I'd say it was a pretty hostile situation.

the americans didn't like the french. that was kinda one of the big ideas in the movie, that they were against eachother...
