I think you should dress-up as Hannah Montana for Halloween. And you should have the girl you lost the bet to help you dress-up as Hannah Montana & if she doesn't have it, you'll just have to get it. Make sure you get a good wig, the wig will be a big part of your costume. Let your friend do your make-up, nails, even shave your legs, they'll look great in a short skirt. Just go to Hannah Montana's website to get some clothing ideas & you and your friend dress you up in different things until you find the costume you really like.

Make a *complete* day of it - not just the night
Wear 'standard' girl clothes during the day; jumper, skirt, boots (it'll be cold) and then change for parties in the evening.
Spend the day with some girl-friends and just go with the flow and do whatever your they would do that day - drive down to tha mall, shop, take in a movie etc.
I've tried to put together some different characters with a halloweeen / magic theme for the parties...
* Morticia Adams - she's quite skinny in the films, but the dress gives you a chance to cover up if necessary
* Sabrina (the teenage witch). Great if you've got the legs as mini skirt required for this one!
* Hermione Granger or Ginny Weasly from the Harry Potter films. More a 'schoolgirl' theme here but still Haloween associated - grey pleated skirt, blouse and sweater. Add a gown or cape for 'school robes' and a pointed hat if you want
(Henrietta (the Worst Witch) also comes in this catagory)
* The Bride of Frankenstein - wedding dresses can be great!
And even at a pinch..
* Thelma or Daphne from Scooby Doo (get more friends to do the rest of the characters and go as a gang)

I am 42 and there isn't a guy no matter what age that i know who hasn't dressed like a chick on Halloween.my one Friend dressed like a hooker and then for fun made a huge penis out of a stocking and had it hanging out the bottom of the dress was hilarious ...swung that thing around unsuspectingly to people all night what a laugh

Okay...all I can say is you have to just go for it. Go to a thrift store...if you don't want to wear a dress:
Wear Jeans, heels and bra..stuffed and get a cute top something dressy like your going clubbing.
If you decide to wear a dress you should be able to find one there too.
Get your mom or a sister to do your make up and then just have fun with it...it's Halloween.
