Grand Hotel!
Are you looking for similar shows or maybe song? I always recommend singing I Want to go to Hollywood from Grand Hotel of you're auditioning for Millie.
The Wild Party does remind me of Muzzy's party.
In some ways, Anything Goes because of the 'madcapness' of it all.
I agree with "How to Succeed" & elements of Chicago

Some plays similiar to "Millie" are:
The Wild Party
Chicago
...In that they both take place in the 1920s, and have similiar music stylings.
Some others are:
Legally Blonde
Little Shop of Horrors
The Wizard of Oz
Wicked
Bright Lights, Big City
...In that the plot involves a female character wanting something more, and going out searching for it (Like Millie does).

"If merely" from The Little Mermaid is staggering. that's sluggish yet stable for Gabriella. different stable songs from "The Little Mermaid to sing for Gabriella are: "She's In Love, "the international Above", "previous My Wildest desires", and, of direction, "area of Your international". previous My Wildest desires would desire to be the only you're searching for. "area of Your international" is somewhat too nicely prevalent. "colours of the Wind" from Pocahontas is extremely stable. "on my own" from Les Miserables
