invest in calv-implants like this guy I knew who was sick of his skinny legs. That part of the body is most likely the hardest part to make muscles, unless your useing steroids and you get all addicted and sick and stuff. But yeah... I say go for implants! [or im just stupid and prefer the easy route]

We were always told to play tennis to have nice legs, or ride a bicycle.
I think either of those solutions would work for you, as bodybuilding doesn't have any solutions that build calf muscles. If you keep up the things you mention, your calves will look even skinnier because your thighs will definitely get bigger.

I'm not a guy but I have great strong legs and I have them for a couple of reasons. When I was small I rode a bike everywhere. Later I went out dancing every night and danced and danced. Many many years later I still have great legs-strong too.

i got the perfect workout for you. take somethin you can stand on and hang the back of your feet off of. i use a cinder block. put your toes on it and lower down past the edge to just flat. then go all the way up. you do it fast so do like a hundred or so at once. i know it sound liek a lot of reps but it takes like a sec to do a rep. its a great workout. feels great. and will get your calfs cut like hell.

Are you willing to go to extreme lengths to make your chicken legs go to skinny, to masculine? Try bicycling, running, more squats, anything to excersise them.

Get a Muscle and Fitness mag. Also-contact a gym - a reputable one and ask to speak to a trainer. They will help, or ask the trainer if he knows of any local body builders, and go talk to them, and ask if he would mentor you.
