Does anybody else think that the fact that the Rockies have had alot of time to rest might be a bad thing for them? I mean, it seems to me that alot of times when one team goes into the World series after a sweep, and they play a team that wins a 6 or 7 game series, the team that swept seems to be "rusty", whereas the team who had little rest is still playing with a fairly high level of momentum...especially if that team is Boston...

either way...GO ROCKIES!!!

ok history has proven that a team that has more than 6 days rest going into the world series is 7-5 so the Rockies have the best chance to win th world series for the simple fact that they have won 21 out of their last 22 and they are the hottest team in baseball right now and were the hottest team coming into the playoffs and i dont think either the Red Sox or Indians can stop them. They might slow them down but i dont see them stopping the Rockies for ythier destiny this as world series champs.

Well they form of have a shot, however I believe if Kemp and Kershaw have well years, the Dodgers will win the west. The factor killing the Rockies is the pitching, they do not relatively have a well rotation with cast pitchers, and the bullpen is respectable with the center relievers, however do not relatively have an skilled nearer due to the fact that they traded Street to the Padres, Betancourt might be final for the primary time, and they do not have any person well to set him up. There role gamers despite the fact that they've commencing are beautiful well offensively and defensively, like Michael Cuddyer, Marco Scutaro whom they picked up, and their franchise gamers Cargo, and Tulo, and veteran revel in with Casey Blake, Ramon Hernandez, Todd Helton, and Jason Giambi, and who might omit Jamie Moyer who's most of the time the oldest energetic participant within the league to mentor the more youthful gamers. My prediction is the Dodgers will win the west if Kemp and Kershaw have a well yr, the D Backs will are available moment, after which your Rockies are available 3rd, considering they do have bigger offense than the Giants, then the Giants whom they do not relatively have well offense, however have well pitching despite the fact that, and the Padres in final, I hate to mention it, and I do love the Padres, however they are going to be in final due to the fact that they're in rebuilding mode.

Boston and Cleavland are having a hard time with one another. I personally think Rockies would have a better chance with Cleavland, but I would still put my money on the Rockies. This is coming from a Dodgers fan of course. I really want to see a National League team win !!!

Heck yes! Have you seen them lately... They are firing on all cylinders. Starting pitching has been great. The bullpen has been unbelievable. The offense has been spectacular. They are riding an incredible emmotional high. They are heading into the series with plenty of rest (perhaps even to much). They might be sluggish for three or four innings but I dont see that as being that big of a deal.

Yes. Their momentum will carry them to a Championship. They have yet to lose a playoff game. They will likely lose at least one game in the World Series, but their momentum will be too much for the Indians or Red Sox to overcome.

It'll be a good WS either way. I think Boston will put up much more of a fight than Cleveland at this point, considering if Cleveland goes to the WS it'd be a struggle and that's not good going into the WS.

I totally agree that they will probably be rusty. They may lose the first game, but I think they'll win the series.
