Yes. Always have.
What really bothers me though are the men and women who would lead a Christian denomination with sincerity on a Sunday, then live otherwise from Monday to Saturday.
These men and women have been given an awful lot so a huge amount is required of them. If they cannot lead by action then their authority should be put to rest because they hurt my Lord, and my brothers, and sisters in Christ.
We are all human but the authority of a minister is a sacred authority and should be carried out in that manner at all times.
As for the secular world? I don't like it when that happens with authority figures, but I cannot judge, we Christians are not allowed to. We are to judge one another in love but not the rest of the world.( we do make an assessment on cases, that is actually necessary for anyone) So I would have to say that a lot if not all people do not like this kind of action from one who makes the rules. But it happens.

Who doesn't?
Some people are unquestioning and following by nature, and feel that authority is a necessity, even at the price of hypocrisy. But I personally have a problem with any kind of imposing authority, definitely the kind that abuses the power.

More like authority figures who tolerate bad behavior to those who are given more/different privileges;
all has to do with pecking order or who you are in their warped system.
