What a great Question! i love Spicy zinger Burgers 2 at a time with the lettuce and Mayo oh Yummy!, or if im hungry i will eat a whole family Pack complete with the coleslaw and bread buns, i love that deep fried chicken fried extra extra crispy, its not the healthiest way to eat chicken but Man o Man it sure tastes nice! I like the lean Breast meat i dont like the fatty parts at all.And i will also eat it oven cooked with vegetables as well thats nice as well.

Like Phil B mentioned, it's hen. It is not the healthiest hen even though. It is raised in over crowded dangerous stipulations and pumped stuffed with antibiotics and steriods. I suspect they converted names to KFC as an alternative of "Kentucky Fried Chicken" is solely to expand their horizons. With men and women consuming fitter they'll keep away from a meals position with the phrase Fried within the identify. By simply pronouncing KFC extra men and women are prone to consume there.
