True. I used to be a Girl Scout Leader. We had a huge party for all the troops in the area for Christmas. All the leaders had a pollianna. When it was time for the gifts to be exchanged the leader who had pulled my name came up to me and said "Oh, I pulled your name out of the bag, but I didn't get you a gift. I didn't think it was important." I just stared at her and didn't say anything. A little while later she came up to me and shoved a box of soap in my face and said "Here, I sent someone to the store so you don't have to act like such a *****!" and then she stalked away.

True on several occasions. The last one I returned was a pair of pajamas.

True. I didn't like a gift, but it wasn't for me. My (now ex) husband bought something from Victoria's Secrets for his female boss's birthday present. I couldn't return the gift (since it wasn't mine), but I did eventually return the husband!

True: On my 30th birthday my in-laws gave me the most horrid dress that I have ever seen, as usual I smiled and said I loved it. I.ve worn it twice around them but wont go anywhere else with it on. •~*â¥*~•

It was Christmas and my aunt bought me this really nasty smelling perfume. My mom gave it away to someone else probably i really don't know what happend to it lmao.

from my boyfriend one year I got a stupid stuffed bear in front of all our friends and his family..I didnt see the strand of pearls around the bears wrist that was for me too
