Nah i hate nvidiua, had 2 cards oiff em, ment to be hi end. There just not as good as people say or as they say as a matter of fact! ATI are at the top! while nvidia are just one of them companies that hang around for a while and then just die out.

NVIDIA ARE SO OVERATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Real gaming pc's use ati! why? because they have the power to drive games to the max! Nvidia for value, ATI for quality!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is good enough for many games at low - medium resolutions and game settings BUT the better one is the HD2600XT.

My personal experience with ATI based cards is not good. I have had to get a single card RMA'ed 3 times before I got a decent one. Then on top of that ATI does not have that good of driver support. I believe a lot of issues people have from their ATI based cards are driver related, I know mine are. I need to reinstall drivers every 2 weeks like clock work before I can play certain games otherwise the games have lines and blocks all over the screen. I know ATI releases new driver releases about once a month but the drivers are still not very good.
My personal recommendation would be a card from Nvidia of the same type of performance and cost. When I had an Nvidia card I had no headaches, I only upgraded to an ATI cause my old Nvidia card was just hanging in there playing certain games but I wished now i stuck with Nvidia instead of buying ATI. I bought an actual ATI brand also, not another company using ATI chipset such as Sapphire.
Also consider, ATI is slowly drifting out of the picture as far as technology is going. By the time they actually end up releasing some other video card that competes with Nvidia, Nvidia will have another card out, Due out in maybe another 2-3 months.
