Why is it possible to sublime caffeine?

Sublimation can only occur at temperatures and pressures below the triple point for a given substance. I don't know what the triple point of caffeine in, but it must occur at a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, so that caffeine's "boiling point" at atmospheric pressure is actually a sublimation point.
