I thought Bush was doing that without the lefts help. I mean how does sending in a military with no clear objective, not planning for post war duties, then saying mission accomplished, then deciding to over extend our troops, also give no bid contracts to inside companies who charge people 50 bucks for a cheeseburger, then decide not to give our troops proper body armor and military equipment not trying to lose the war.

Bush lost the war, the Republicans just haven't reached that stage of grief where they can accept it, they're still in denial. You can tell, notice their bravado and chest-thumping and acting like the overwhelming majority of the people are on their side, they seem to live in La La Land. Pass me whatever they're smoking.

Liberals have done the following
1. Press consistently reports what they want to happen. There was a story last week where it was bad for the workers who bury the dead. This is one of many examples.
2. The NY Times continue to publish leaked classified information.
3. Democrats in Congress cannot defund the war, so they continue to undermine our efforts. The most recent was the Armenian genocide attempted vote on actions taken 90 years ago. Democrats have consistently called our soldiers traitors, terrorists, etc.
The main front liberals have fought on is the propaganda front. They have tried and failed repeatedly to turn opinion against the war efforts.

We won the war Bush said . How can we loose a war we all ready won ? So their slander has no merit from their Kings mouth .. How do you win a war against a concept / I think the white house is terrorizing America worse than 9/11 ! Are we at war with them also?

Simple people use oversimplification to try to come to grips with complicated issues that are beyond their grasp. They try to scapegoat someone else for their own shortcomings. So let me try to dumb it down for all the Bush cronies:
1) IT'S NOT A WAR IN IRAQ. IT WAS AN INVASION FOLLOWED BY SOCIAL UNREST THAT HAS MORPHED INTO A US-LED POLICE ACTION AGAINST THE INHABITANTS.
2) THERE IS NO WAY TO 'WIN'. IT'S NOT A FOOTBALL GAME. THEY WILL WEAR US DOWN AND WE WILL LEAVE.
3) THE INVASION OF IRAQ WAS NEVER ABOUT W.M.D.'S OR TERRORISM. IT WAS AND IS ABOUT OIL.

I don't believe they are trying to lose it, they just don't give a damn about why we are there and they don't CARE whether we win or not. If we do manage to win this war you can bet the left will jump right and try to take credit for the victory.
