OOOOK. I'm 15.... so i'm not loaded with money. I just got a job and by the time xmas shopping comes around.... i'll be able to spend $60 on each family member. I dunno what to buy for my dad. He's the typical dad. Not into music or anything.... except for Johnny Cash. Umm.... he doesn't really like getting clothes for gifts.... he says he has too many. I'd like to get him a remote control plane.... but aren't those wicked expensive?????/ help...?

A Johnny Cash box set of music, there is also a Johnny Cash biography book out - also be sure to give him a beautiful card either storebought or handmade.

If he likes Johnny Cash, you can try to find a CD he doesn't already have, or maybe a DVD with some old performances on it.

If he likes any kind of sports, you could get him a hat with his favorite team's logo on it, or better yet, a ticket to an upcoming game if you can find one within your budget.

If he does any maintenance around the house, he would probably appreciate a tool or tool kit that he doesn't already have.

I don't know how much time he spends with you, but you could always propose that as his gift, you two can hang out together for a day and do something that you would both enjoy.

Dads don't like expensive gifts
Whenever I get my dad a gift that cost a lot of money he never uses it, but the things that you make like cards they keep forever. My dad has everything I've ever made for him even stuff from when I was like 4. Good Luck! :)

You could try a model plane. They can be really interesting for the recipient to put together and when they are done they have a nice model plane to show off. You can pick them up at most model shops and can get ones to suit most budgets.
