That is fine. Correct grammar and English. Apart from 'everybody's' It should be everybodys No apostrophe with the s. 'Everyone is' sounds better to me, this may just be personal preference but I think it reads better. Put you final inverted commas after your full stop.

I would make it into two sentences. " To me, everybody's a good person. Because of that, I can't hold grudges."
Alternatively, you could add in "so". "To me, everybody's a good person, so, because of that, I can't hold grudges."
