Yes, don't want to catch a cold.
I still love the multi-coloured one I had when I was a kid.
It was huge. Wrapped around my neck about 3 times and then the fringe almost touches the floor.
I have several now, but they will never be the same!

I used to wear scarves when I lived in NC, but since moving to AL, I usually walk around in short sleeves during the winter. People look at me like I am crazy, but it hardly ever gets cold enough for me to even wear a jacket here. I went to school at Appalachian State in Boone, NC, and I used to walk around in the snow in shorts! Haha! It's really cold there!

If you are talking about the woolen ones in the winter to protect your neck from the cold, then the answer is yes. If you are talking about the the cloth ones that are worn as a fashion accessory, then, no. I don't have what it takes to carry it off. They were big when I was a teenager in the 1970's.

Yes. I don't just wear them to keep warm. I wear them according to my outfit. I have scarves in every pattern and every colour so that I have a reasonable outfit for the day. Shouldn't everyone?

Not really any more....I used to occasionally, though. I guess it doesn't really get quite as cold here as it does in some places. I do wear gloves....but not usually a scarf....unless I am going to a soccer game or something and I know I want to wrap up really warmly.

I don't. Most that I find are itchy and suck. They might look really good on me but they are not comfortable at all. I can never remember the last time my neck was cold as well.
