I'm looking for health insurance for my spouse and I, any suggestions, would just need basic coverage and the main thing is peace of mind just in case some emergency comes up .. thanks!

I agree. Do a search on HSA health insurance. Depending on your age and health status it can be very inexpensive as compared to HMO or other health insurance products.
I am 48 and my premiums under my HSA are about $160 a month. Yours may be cheaper.

I got a Blue Cross/Blue shield plan with a high deductible, the kind designed for Health Savings Accounts. Its $320 per month for an individual. I have a group plan for my small business with BC/BS of Oklahoma.
