I'm only in 8th grade and he says that everyone else is doing it. He is a sophomore. I know that some people will say that I'm immature for asking this question but its not like I can talk to my mom about it. I need people's opinions. I know that he had sex before and I'm a virgin. He says that it'll be cool. I'm kinda curious about it cause my friends say it feels good but I'm scared. HELP!

I agree. I am currently 20 and i had a lot of guys that would ask me to do it with them. And you know what I barely lost it to my current boyfriend and I still kind of regret losing it. Don't lose it because i am pretty sure you will regret it when your older when you do find someone that you love. Wait until you are older and your with someone for a while who DOESNT pressure you into sex. Tell him your not doing it and if he still sticks by your side....that means he really loves you..BUT DONT HAVE SEX OUT OF CURIOUSITY..it should be something sacred...something that your saving for the love of your life. and i am pretty sure that this guy isn't because he sounds too horny for him to be. If you do have sex than you will have to face the chances of becoming pregnant and going through the whole worrying "am i pregnant?" thing..its HORRIBLE..stick to school...get yourself an education..that way if you do get pregnant you are able to take care of your baby and give him what he needs. PLus do u really want to disappoint your parents? believe me just wait sweety ok..there is nothing wrong with being a virgin. A lot of guys stopped talking to me when i told them i was a virgin..but at the end i finally found someone who wanted to be with me because i was a virgin....

why do you think he's with you because he thinks he can get you to do what he wants and he is not going to stop. No do not do it you will regret it once he gets it he may leave that could be his entire purpose. bottom line if you are not ready don't do it! and no everybody is not doing it! just remember you are the only who can get pregnant i don't care if you use protection then what is he going to do turn into one of those guys on the maury show? he's just a little boy wanting to play house keep your head in your books and let him go! there will be others and you will know when you are ready. you are entirely to young not to mention all the diseases out there.and as far as being popular real life begins after the school years! Do not do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grow up. Life is not about being popular. It means nothing in the real world. Tell your mom what is going on and dump him. He is just using you, he doesn't really care about you no matter what he says. And if your 8th grade friends are having sex, they are s/uts and they need to stop.

What are you doing dating a sophomore anyway? Maybe that's your first sign to get rid of him. Your next one should be that he's pressuring you into doing something you clearly do not want to do. You seem like a smart enough girl to know what's right and wrong for you. Don't get yourself into a situation that you are not ready for. You have no reason to be having sex at such an early age, neither does he. I would say find a new boyfriend and enjoy being a kid while you still have the chance.

You should never feel like you are being pressured into having sex no matter what. If you are not ready to have sex then tell him you want to wait and if he really loves you then he will wait. I told my bf that i was not ready for sex and he waited till i was and i was 18. Just remember once you have lost your virginity you can never get it back and you might not want to lose it just yet which is perfectly fine. JUst do what is right for you. hope it helps

dont do it!
if he is pressuring you it isnt worth it. if he cared he would wait for you and not THREATEN TO DUMP YOU.
It's not ALWAYS safe and can get many diseases. it's not worth the risk if you havent known eachother for awhile and arent going to stick togethor.
I know youre curious,but its better to wait untill you are ready and with someone you love and then be curious.
Hes a sophmore? Wonder why hes not asking girls his age? Because he might be taking advantage of you.
in lots of cases people in you situation end up having sex then they get dumped right after anyway. Dont listen to him. PLz trust me and dont do anything inless you want to, EVER! no matter how much it seems like you need to because in the end thats best.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a crying sick baby to take care of in the middle of the night ?
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to get a pap test? Because you have a venereal disease
You should wait until your are MUCH,,MUCH,, OLDER. 18-20 and out of high school.
Instead of studying your boyfriend study harder in the books and find something else that brings you happiness.
Maybe your Mom could help , have you talked to her at all about sex ?

Break up with him. He is clearly trying to take advantage of you. I'm not going to preach to you about pregnancy and STDs, but don't give your virginity to a guy that obviously doesn't really care about you. If he loved you, or even cared he wouldn't pressure you into anything.

To begin with you are too young to have a boyfriend period. WHY your parents are allowing it...well they're crazy. You are far too young to have sex...so is your "boyfriend" IF he cared anything about you he wouldn't pressure into having sex, the only reason he likes you is that he is trying to have sex with you. Once he does you will be nothing to him. Tell him and your so called friends to go to hell.

if he is pressuring you, forget him. how do you know he has had sex before? did he tell you that? cuz if he has, then he should know that you shouldn't try to force or pressure someone into doing it. plus, once again, if he has, that probably means that the person he had it with said "you know what? your just some sex obsessed loser, forget you." just think about that. oh, and if you aren't really it won't be as good, and it will suck for you. im just saying...
