I know where the switch is and it works when I turn them on manually and the map lights work. It just does not turn on when the doors are open. Bulbs are okay.

Would it not have been easier to go look in your owners manual and see how to operate the switches>

There's a switch close to the headlight switches that can activate it. If this does not work, could be a fuse or a blown bulb, But since it's a 2007, Im inclined to believe your kids where playing and turned it off. I can't remember if it's a button or a knod, check by the headlights switch, usually left corner of the dash on chevys

It is probably the switch that needs to be turned on. Having a blow bulb in the dome light won't make the floor lights not come on too.

If they've never worked, read the manual. You can disable the doorswitch function in programming.

Prolly has a blown bulb. Change it.
