Hi there, I just laugh about my past 3 years of panic now. I was not able to go anywhere without carrying xanax. Fear of having another attack was the most important subject of my days.When i first found joe barry's web site i started to cry because of my happiness.

i hav ehad many panic attacks.... i am closterphobic (idk if that how u spell it) and if im in a closed placed and with a bunch of noise i start to panic. or wjhen my house is a mess i start to feel overwhelmed. also a panic attack. i havnt had on in about three days but its bad when i get them.. somtimes i cry or start yelling... and somtimes i jus leave until i calm down.its weird... i get this feeling like my my stomach is in a knot and stuff... it sucks

I havent had one in a while, the last one I had is when I was at the optometrists and the guy that was fitting me for glasses, well I think he hit on me. I got really freaked out.

Whenever I eat, and sometimes just at the sight of food. Not a good thing, it basically makes me seem anorexic.

I've had it only once when I went on this slide with my bff in Water Country, I was so scared of it I had trouble breathing.

LOL I use to hyperventilate for things like not doing my hw, my friend told me to chill otherwise I would get a panicattack

Not too often, but when I get them its realllyyy bad. I shake and stop breathing and cry uncontrollably.
