Definately not! Surrogant mother are aware that its not their child and the child belongs to another family.
If you agree to let someone use your oven to bake a cake, once its done you cant then tell them that you want to keep their cake, because it not your cake to start off with.

No i don;t think so. It is not there baby the egg and sperm came from different people so it has no connection to the carrier. The surrogate knew what they were getting themselves into when they agreed to carry the baby.
It takes a very strong person to be able to do this, and it would be hard not to want to keep the child i know i couldn't. A surrogate is giving the gift of a child to somebody who would never be able to experience this on there own and who would want to give them hope and the most important thing in there life, a child, and then take it away from them. It is just not fair.

It depends on some things. If the baby is the egg and sperm of the couple she is carrying for then no. It has no ties to her and although she may feel close to it she was only a vessel for support like an incubator. If it's a case where she is one of the biological parents but having the baby for another couple it's much harder to say she must give it up and can't change her mind. Eithr way it's a brave and wonderful thing to do or even consider for the many families who cannot conceive their children naturally.

absolutly not. The child they are carrying is not theres and they have no claims. I know I could never carry another woman's child because giving up the baby would be hard. Under no circumstances is it okay to keep the baby.

NO! It's not their baby. They knew going in that they would have to give it up - that was the deal.
