In maximum components it fairly is a criminal offense to try this. you'll be fined if the domicile proprietor calls the law enforcement officers on you for leaving your dogs's excrement on their components. Having a dogs comes with unpleasantness as properly as excitement. you ought to be a in charge puppy proprietor and freshen up after your dogs. this is the amazing factor to do, because of the fact or you're vandalizing somebody else's components. and finally it is going to hit you interior the wallet for the reason which you will get on somebody's final nerve and that they're going to call the law enforcement officers and you'd be fined. whilst you're fortunate. some human beings take their yards exceptionally heavily and you'll be able to get an irate domicile proprietor on your face approximately it. additionally, in case you do this at a public place, like a park, back...it fairly is illegitimate in maximum places to in basic terms bypass away the excrement laying there. on the ethics factor of it, this is not suitable to make somebody else freshen up after YOUR dogs. I actually have a dogs and that i do no longer enable it to bypass to the bathing room interior the front backyard because of the fact i do no longer decide for my front backyard tousled. I actually do no longer decide for YOUR dogs or somebody else's dogs going to the bathing room in my front backyard. It ruins grass and somewhat frankly, i do no longer decide for to scrub it up. it is your dogs in spite of everything. YOU sparkling it up.

i live in the city so, that's not so easy, i would have to break and enter into their apt and then take flowers from their vases, which really would not be worth the effort or the jail time

No. That would be stealing. The person who lives there worked hard to grow the flowers. You have no right to take them. You would also be trespassing on his property.

Yes...every spring, my neighbor has hundreds of daffodils that bloom and lean onto our property...I take a few and put them in a vase...they usually bloom around the time the Cancer Society has its annual daffodil sale.
BTW, my neighbor knows and tells me to pick as many as I want.
