Manipulation Tutorials?

Question

I want to learn how to manip faces onto another body, etc. I don't mean changing just the hair color or eyes.

Do you have any recommended tutorials? I use Photoshop CS and I've already checked Google, and DevianART and they didn't help much. I remember seeing tutorials on Livejournal but I had my computer formatted and didn't have a back-up...

Google for:

Photoshop tutorial

You will get tons of hits. Then, choose some links that suit your specific needs.
