If your looking for non gambling fun, than your in luck.
There are some neat old towns to check out just across the border in Az.
Oatman is a nice afternoons trip.
And your close to a lot of ghost towns like Chloride.
Your also on the river, with lots of water activitives to do.

Laughlin NV
The gambling in Laughlin is considerable better than that found on the Las Vegas strip.
The River walk is very nice.
River taxi
Jet boat tours on the Colorado River
Did I mention the river :))
It's just a couple of hour drive from Laughlin to the best of the Grand Canyon

take a 20 minute drive into AZ to Oatman- the adorable ghost town where "wild" donkeys roam the streets looking for handouts! There are cute shopes, saloons, historic hotel and a restaurant that serves rattlesnake. That was my favorite thing to do when I was stuck in Laughlin with a musician husband...

I actually like Laughlin, better than LV. It is quieter, more layed back. The Casino's have a better payout and the room rates are cheaper. You have the Colorado river, and any water sport you desire.
You can always drive down to Lake Havasu, to see the London Bridge, and enjoy the Lake down there.

Laughlin table gambling is better than Vegas - usually lower limits. We stayed at Harrah's in May - it's the best place to stay - a real beach and great pool!
