I think you have a cory cat, possibly a pepper cory or similar
If so, you can add 2 more of them
As well, as 2 more tetras, since they're schooling fish

you could add rasboras, platies, guppies, mollies

Hope that helps
Good luck

One in of fish per gallon is totally BS and you should not go by this. You need to look up pleco (plecostomus) and see if that is what you have in your tank because they get very large and need at least a 55 to 75 gallon tank. If that is the case I would be wary of putting anything in there till you figure out something to do with the pleco, when it gets bigger it will give off so much bio-load in a 10 gallon that you won't be able to have anything else. Remember the the 1 inch of fish per gallon of water is WRONG, imagine a 15 inch oscar in a 15 gallon tank, yea.

You probably have a plecostomus, an algae eater along with the tetras. Lots can go in with these community, tropical fish if your tank is large enough. Remeber, at least 1 gallon per one inch of fish, so you are probably already up to 6 or 7 gallons used.
The plecostomus can get large and they can eat smaller fish, but generally they are good housemates.
Most pets stores will classify their fish as community, aggressive or semi aggressive. Any tropical community fish can be added to your tank.
This link provides a nice list of tropical community fish.
