Can a judgement in CA result in taking my car away, i am still making payments to the finance company.?

I am up to date on my car payment. Its just this jugement has to do with something that happend 5 yrs ago with an apartment rantal company.

If your payments on the car are not up to date, it can. Often if you are making regular payments and aren't too far behind, they'll work with you on it - they want your money, not your car.
