Ok i have been bleeding down there for over two weeks, and i got put on estrogen but it always seems to get worse after i take the estrogen cause i end up bleeding alot more. The doctor was guessing that the wall of my uterus was very thin and so he put me on the estrogen to build it back up, but like i said it has only made it worse. So what could be causeing the bleeding?

I'm not too sure, but I'm very sure that you need to go back to your doctor and ask him to fix the problem!

I'd consider a second opinion. And find someone with a really good reputation. This is no sort of problem to just let go along.
