First question that springs to mind is, are you sexually active?
If not, then worry not. Sometimes people skip a month. If the second month goes by call the doctor.

If you are, I'd consider a pregnancy test. Even if you've been using birth control consistently and correctly, sometimes it fails.

It just sounds like you're late. Isn't it a bummer? I hate when that happens. It doesn't mean you're sick or anything it probably means you're having trouble gaining your water weight to get it started. It think this is the hardest part. If I can't bloat, I just won't start.
Have you bloated? Are you moody and cranky? Having anxiety attacks? Do you feel so thirsty you could just drink the house dry? That's what I do when I know I'm ready to start really soon. The summer heat is no help with this. I was late a week in August and I really try and be healthy.
You can get some orange juice or a sports drink to get more fluid into your system. The sodium and potassium would be good for you. If you are dehydrated it would make you feel really thirsty so you might want to brace yourself. drink a little bit at a time. Don't drink so much you get cramps once you do start.
You can take B complex vitamins to help calm you down. You sound really strung out. They're usually called stress tabs and they really do work. Getting upset is only going to increase the stress. I like ginseng for PMS anxiety. It calms me right down like a muscle relaxant.
More than anything, find something you like to do and do it to distraction. Go to a comedy and laugh until your sides ache. It would get your mind off it and the adrenaline would give you a rush. Sometimes the best medicine is laughter. These things have a way of working out when you least expect it. Find something to do and go with the flow. Try and let it come to you. You may be ready now, you just need a little nudge.
Something will work, I know it will. Make a note of it, and the next time you get a bit late, do it again.
You can do this. It will be all right. Hang in there. I hope this helps you.

well, it could be a couple of things....it could be stress from school, work , home, etc....if you are sexually active, then it could be something else. i would suggest that you get a home test and take it and see if you can rule that out first.
