OK so my friend claims her side is hurting. it could be her period is coming this week, or possibly tomorrow, she says
she asked me and i dont know so im asking you guys
we both heard about the kid who was mentioned in the news about being killed by the STAPH virus. and his side was aching.
COULD IT BE IT?
she cut her toe. nothing looks wrong
when she went online and researched symptoms, she looked at pictures and they didnt macth except a red covering of the cut, but thats normal we think because how else is it going to heal? it seriously does not have any marks anywhere around it and nowhere on her

Could be her appendix. If it persists she should see a doctor.

I don't think they are related. An infection of the toe would have swelling, pain and produce puss and wouldn't heal. Her toe sounds OK, just a normal cut healing. I don't know what would cause the pain in the side, but if it persists, gets worse, causes nasua and she developes a fever: See a doctor!
Staph are bacteria, not a virus.
