I think we should help America. We all know that America is going to be the number one most strongest country in the world. So if we help them, we could gain our trust with them. And they could help us if we have war with some countries. And Britains is our long time enemies. So maybe they might get afraid of us if we are allies with America. This is why I belive that we should help them Americans.

I would change "the number one most strongest" (lots of redundancy there) to "the single strongest"--or just "the strongest".
So if we help them, we could gain our trust with them.
I believe you mean "we could gain their trust". That means, the USA will come to trust your country.
And they could help us if we have war with some countries.
OK, but even better would be "Also, they could help us if we went to war against other countries."
And Britains is our long time enemies.
And Britain is our long-time enemy. (meaning the country) OR And the British are our long-time enemies. (meaning the people themselves)
So maybe they might get afraid of us if we are allies with America.
You don't need both "maybe" and "might". Either "So maybe they would be afraid of us..." or "So they might be afraid of us..."
This is why I belive that we should help them Americans.

I think we should help America. It is well known that America is the strongest country in the world. So, if we help them, we could gain trust in them. They could help us if we have a war with another country, like Britain, as they are our long-time enemy. They might become afraid of us if we ally ourselves with America. This is why I believe that we should help the Americans.
