I remember reading "The Masque of the Red Death" and "The Raven" is a classic.

Personally I think The Cask of Amontillado and The Tell-Tale Heart are both wonderful stories and would be fun to compare. You can find these two stories and many others by Poe at-

http://www.poestories.com/stories.php

Also for future refrance its "Edgar Allen Poe" rather than "Edward Allen Poe" Good luck in English class!

Should I cringe that you called him EDWARD?

It's EDGAR Allen Poe. Sheesh!!

"The Raven" is a brilliant piece, to compare with any of the others listed. Depends what you're looking for in terms of comparison, though...

"The Fall of the House of Usher" vs. "The Cask of Amontillado".

You can easily compare the roles of sanity/insanity in each.
