I find it best if the brownies are homemade without the aid of "box kits." I also do not like it when my brownies are mixed with the electric mixer. It makes the brownies taste different and it can also pose hazards to the fairer ones. Also, they could possibly get the mixers tangled in their hair long beautiful hair. I would hate for that to happen.

I have short hair and that is not an issue anyway, if you are careful...
The hair can be tied back you know...
I have no idea what you have been taught about cooking...
It sounds like not much...
I never make brownies anyway...
I am disabled and cannot stand too long cooking...

Can you believe it? I don't have a man and I make all my brownies from scratch, with no electric mixer.
If you come over I'll make you some brownies, just the way you like them. And just to insure my safety, you may pull back my waist-length natural blond hair and hold on to it while I do the mixing. Later, I'll let you lick the spoon.....

Your hair shouldn't be in the batter, just as a general rule, when you're mixing up food.
At least toss it over your shoulder. Pull it back. Wear a hairnet or something.
No, I don't use a mixer for brownies. But I do like it for certain kinds of dough or batters. Don't use it for muffins, for sure. It makes them too tough. Not for biscuits or quick breads.
But some kinds of cookies...yeah, use a mixer.
But shouldn't YOU be making these brownies?

I make brownies with an electric mixer, and my hair is really short, so I don't have to worry about getting it all tangled in the beaters.
