How do I remove the questionmarket popup. I use Adware and Spybot?

Update them both. Do you get an error when they try to remove it? If so, follow this procedure:

Reboot into safe mode.
Remove restore points
Run both Ad-Aware and Spybot
Reboot into normal mode
Turn restore points back on.

I don't think that either one blocks pop-ups
