ahhhh the flirt. I know them well. Well honestly, if he's flirting this much with you, my experience has been (recent) that he's likely flirting with a bunch of other girls the exact same way. BUT: if you do some investigating and find out you're the only one he acts this way around, i'd say he's got it pretty bad for you girl!
it's ok to smile. A girls' smile drives guys crazy! all of them admit it. But just make sure you're not tooo smiley cause that might be kind of annoying if you never say anything.
if you can't think to say something when you're around him, think about it to yourself when you're not around him and plan things to ask him or things you might answer if he often asks the same question. planning what you'll say and practicing it makes a world of difference.
if you want to send him some signs that you like him, then don't be afraid to flirt back. playfully punch his arm when he teases you, smile at him, tease him right back and above all, just talk to him. Guys really like girls they feel they can be friends with and be themselves around. Show him you care by asking him questions about himself. Guys love talking about themselves. take a genuine interest in what he's saying and find things you have in common.

write him a note asking him out on a date, like to the movies or your local coffee shop, please don't write a huge romantic letter just yet take baby steps let him know you like him and would like to spend a little extra time with him whilst not writing soppy poetry, this would make him feel your coming on to strong at best he'll back off at worst he'll show it to all his mates and make fun of you, which you don't want, so just play it cool but friendly and interested, if you can keep the emotional upper hand than your already half way there just stay in control of your emotions when asking him out, he already sounds very interested so go for it and good luck.

before he tells you, tell him that you'll still love him if he gets in trouble in class. If you can't get any words out, maybe you can give him a little wink. If you can't do that maybe you should give him a little gift or write him a note. maybe the note should say : May 9, 2020. Then tell him you set the date.

well, make jokes like he does, ike if he getsin trouble, say " I still love you" then do a little laugh and he will see, maybe you should ask him to a movie sometime or something, it is ok to ask a boy out. maybe you guys shuld date. BYE
