When I go to get on the internet it take 5 minutes or more for the actual page to come up! After that, it runs exremeley fast and doesn't stall like that. I've tried changing the home page but it still keeps doing the same thing. I really hate it because some links open in a new window and I have to wait forever for that window to load..HELP!!! Please?

Make sure u have cleared out any cookies, history and temp folder and see if that helps it. Also on the options select connections and click LAN settings and check mark the box saying automatically detect settings.

try un-installing your IE and reinstalling it
