She should be prosecuted for animal cruelty! This shameful conduct will not go unnoticed: I am hoping PETA and the SPCA will demonstrate at all her appearances. Socks is a poster-kitty for the Clintons' ruthless drive to power. I am sure she will go "hunting" aka animal murder soon so she can demonstrate she is just one of the boys in the states where animal murder is popular. We need strong federal laws on animal cruelty to prevent such despicable treatment of animals. I propose that it be named The Socks Act.

This is by far the silliest slam at Sen. Clinton so far. I couldn't believe it when I saw the article today. I love how they termed it that she "dumped" Socks. I'm a cat lover, and when I have a cat they are a part of our family for life. But I have been in a situation where I had to find a good home for one because my work prevented me from keeping her. I wasn't "cold" for doing this, I was heartbroken but knew I'd found her a good home. Could it possibly be that Betty was glad to take Socks when she was asked and that Socks had a great home after leaving the White House? It's hard to believe what a big deal people are making of this. It just shows the lengths that so many are willing to go to in order to make Hillary look like a terrible person. Next they'll be comparing her to Michael Vick. Amazing.

Shes cold because Chelsea went to college and they moved to NY and weren't going to be home often enough to keep a pet? So they found Socks a good home with someone the cat knew?

That's just the tip of the iceburg. Hillary is a cold, arrogant, pride-driven woman. They doesn't convey an ounce of warmth and compassion. That just might blow up in her face.
I don't know if the Dems are concerned about this, but they should be.
