New Jersey Nets (had championships in the ABA but nothing in the NBA)
Toronto Raptors (expansion team back in 1995 relatively new in the league)
Central
Cleveland Cavaliers (founded back in 1970 still struggling to end the title drought)
Indiana Pacers ( had championships in the ABA but still blank in the NBA)
South East
Charlotte Bobcats (Newest team on the block founded in 2004)
Orlando Magic (founded in 1989)
Southwest
Dallas Mavericks (Founded in 1980)
Memphis Grizzlies (Started as The Vancouver Grizzlies in 1995)
New Orleans Hornets (founded in 1988)
North West
Denver Nuggets (Founded in 1967 and was able to win one ring in the ABA but still zip in the NBA)
Minnesota Timberwolves (founded in 1989)
Utah Jazz (founded in 1974)
Pacific
Los Angeles Clippers (founded in 1970)
Phoenix Suns (founded in 1968)
So there are still 14 teams that have not yet won any championships. Good Question.

Memphis Grizzlies, Atlanta hawks, Sacramento Kings, Indiana Pacers, Orlando Magic, Washington Wizards, New Orleans Hornets and Utah Jazz and Portland Trailblazers and the Seattle Supersonics, Charlotte Bobcats, Milwaukee bucks, La clippers, Toronto Raptors, Washington Wizards, Memephis grizzlies, New Jersey Nets, Cleveland Cavilers and the I think that's all of them?

Many communities. The Bulls did not have a celebrity midsection yet had Dennis Rodman, Luc Longley and Horace furnish. 2 are nopt midsection yet can journey up against great centers Who desires a stable midsection once you have Jordan and Pippen on your team. the Celtics Kendrick Perkins wasn't that stable.
