i got gt firebird and i try to start it but it does nothing at all not even a clicking sounds the head lights dont' work or anything else in the car. the battery is good. what should i do

If the lights do not work, and the battery is actually fully charged, then the problem is most likely a loose or corroded battery terminal. It could also be a bad connection to ground.

the battery MAY have been good, but could have been drained overnight by the alternator if the alternator has gone bad. Have a friend give you a jump to see if you can get it at least to turn over. If you can, chances are your alternator is shot, then you will have to replace it.

Same with my girlfriends car it may be the battery or it could be some wet wires do you notice it doesnt start after it rains??

try turning it on with cables connected to another car battery and see if that works!!!

jump start I have seen new bat not be any good when you get it runing disconect batery cables if car stays runing alternator is good if cut off alternator is bad good luck

check the connection from the battery. hopefully it is not the entire engine.
