It was made in 1985 and I've found it online for $99. I would prefer to find it in stores.

It is not available in stores.. I believe they are having licensing issues. Just keep watching ebay.. and see if you can find one for less.. (every once in awhile someone will put one up without realizing what others are asking for it.. ) There is no estimate about when it will be on DVD.
(Be careful about buying the used ones though.. many of them are previous rentals and end up having issues with playing them.. )
Try to keep checking though..because this changes in a moments notice.. I paid $45 for a used copy of the movie Teen Witch and like 4 months later the DVD was available for $14..
