i believe there would be a "veil" between any past lives, to what you are now! So you'll never really know, unless you can interpret dreams, with accuracy! Do know this! there is a law of Karmic debt, so over lifetimes, you must balance it all out! How is that? Well if in a previous lifetime, you killed someone, then you must be killed by someone to achieve the balance that this universe requires!

I was a confederate soldier during the american civil war. was killed by a shot to the belly in an open field at what I think may have been the battle of Antietam, though I can't say for sure. I can remember moments leading up to the battle and I recall being awestruck by the mass of humanity that was assembled in one place. I recall how incredibly loud the scene was. I also recall smoke burning my eyes and lungs as I marched with my regiment into the fray. I'm pretty sure that I only fired one shot, never reloaded, and was hit almost immediately thereafter. I recall intense pain, and fear of dying as I lay on my back looking at the sky. for some reason the most vivid thing of all is the grass brushing against the left side of my face. I remember the grass seeming to comfort me as the sounds faded away. and that's about it.
