Yes - my husband! He celebrates his birthday on the 28th February when it's not leap year. Quite nice to have a toyboy he's only 11!!

yeah !!! my dad and my grand nephew were leap year babies they celebrate on FEB .28 and then on the 29 th of feb every four years ,it doesnt stop you from getting older . If you are born in february then you must celebrate in february not march that is my view anyway ..
