3 - 2/a = (3a - 2) / a
Fraction is (3a + 2) / (3a - 2)

multiply by a/a (=1) :
top becomes 3a +2
bottom becomes 3a-2

(3a+2)/(3a-2) add 2
3a+4)/3a multiply by 3a
