I need help with casting on for knitting. Ive tried using the Klutz book but it do esnt really help. Ive also tried using wiki how but im still so confused! any tips?

This is the site that I used to learn to knit. She has very detailed videos. She explains one way of casting on that uses just one needle and your hand. Which I found much easier then use two needles to cast on with.

in this link itll show you how to cast on using the long tail method which cast on the stitches and knits the first row for you.
this is my perfered method and its really easy and 5x faster then any other method.
