Trent dilfer stinks!! right now im watching the game and he sucks!! WHat happened to the team that was gona go big in 07??? the GM ( general manager) why did he let go of norv turner?? and most of all WHY DO THEY SUCK !!! I know the defense is good but the offense and the Coach Mike nolan I dont like what they are doing with the team this year can i have some opinions??

They let Carmen Policy set the old policy. Now they have to pay off gambling debts.
All they bought so far is defense and got lucky with Frank Gore. They need an offensive line and a healthy and playing Alex Smith to improve his learning curve.

Norv Turner took a head coaching job. Most contracts prohibit teams from holding back a coach from taking a job at a higher level with another organization. It was a tragedy, but sit tight, he might be available again really soon. Based on a basic lack of personnel ch ange on offense and the severe downturn in their performance. I'd look to the offensive coordinator. Maybe the players aren't buying into his system, or just haven't figured it out yet.

I think that they are good defensively, but they need a better offensive system. It did work well when Norv ran the offense, but I wouldn't want him back right now. I think they need to find a guy who can motivate, two guys that come to mind are Rivera and Singletary. Both would be good. I think they could go the way the Cowboys are going. Hire an old, but well experienced coach for 2 years, while they hire a young offensive coordinator to take over in that 3 year.

Norv Tuner left over the summer to take over the Chargers, that's the problem.
He's a genius of an offensive coordinator. He made this group of nobodies look good playing above their talent level. Since he is gone, they are playing down to what they really are capable of.
They do have a lot of injuries but still, its all Norv.
Just hold out hope he will get fired in San Diego and SF can hire him back.

I've been a 49ers fan for ever. Even in these last past years that we sucked so bad I didnt watch the games I still claimed them as my favorite. Our problem is OUR QB SUCKS!!! we do have a pretty awsome defense we held the Steelers pretty good but our QB cant handle the pressure back in the pocket. I'll never buy anything with his name on it.

yeah i agree they really do suck they cant block for dilfer, dilfer is ok if he has good players around him, like when he won a super bowl with the ravens.
