On November 3, before you go to bed, so you don't have to bother to get up after midnight to set the clock back.

Next Sunday at 2 AM. I hate setting the clocks back. I never get any sleep then. I'll get up at two, set the clock back an hour, then go back to sleep. Then, an hour later I have to do it again. So I set it back, then go back to bed, an hour later, it's 2 O: clock again. So I get up AGAIN, set it back AGAIN, go back to bed AGAIN, an hour later, I have to do it all over again. And this goes on ALL NIGHT LONG!!!
