I don't think that people realize the size of Michael Jackson. People all over the world know his name. I honestly think Elvis is more of an American celebrity. Princess Di is famous, I know I was really young when she died, and I don't think people younger than me really know who she was. Michael Jackson's name is more of a household name than the other two.

In my opinion it would be..
Princess Dianna
Elvis
Michael Jackson.

I chose that order because I believe the whole 'situation' of which Dianna was involved in is pretty well known in many countries and also I think she was liked by lots of people as well,I think Elvis was popular aswell,I mean look how many people aim to be his impersonator/lookalike from all over the world, and Michael Jackson, well I just think he is a recognised person but just not to the degree as the other 2 .

Definitely Elvis, I mean had the most sexy, velvety voice with a fantastic range and I believe he felt what he sang. Princess Diana will never be forgotten ever ever anywhere She is now an Saint to some people. The Michael Jackson, poor weird thing made some great music, had an unusual way of life and breeding - way beyond eccentric, but I would place him last out of your three. Elvis is part of us and I know my nephew and mates 24ish like him, wouldn't admit to liking Michael Jackson, but they would all know who Princess Di was.

exciting question, public reflects of grief are a rather new phenomenon. I remember while Diana died, there have been human beings surely status in George sq., Glasgow, crying, with lit candles. that's the comparable urge that motives human beings to flow to a petroleum station, purchase a trashy ninety 9 pence bunch of plant lifestyles and then tie it to the railings the place somebody become killed in a highway accident. they simply want to sense "area " of something, no count what. i'm able to remember Churchill's dying , Enoch Powell's too. And there become no one bawling and screaming, and preserving up affordable disposable lighters THEN. there become no-one weeping in public.... in keeping with risk we would desire to continually have been?
