Three times in the last 48 hrs(app.) in country music, when I gave a thumbs up "only" to my answerer, it immediately gives them the best answer with five stars, and I don't get to pick the answerer "I" want.

That's not being mean. Sound like a Yahoo screw-up, so they need to know about it. Though we've been hearing about a lot a weird things going on here lately, that's the first I've heard about this one!

It actually did me that way once, I don't understand what happened there but it never happened again so I let it go, three times is a little much, You should report it so they will know its happening, very sorry!!

Report it and don't go back until it works the way is should. That's the only fair thing to do.

Have had that happen == when that screen comes up, just back out of it, back to the question and try again before you finalized it by rating it.

It sounds like there is a glitch in the program, I would report it, probably a programming problem that they are not aware of.
