does anyone know the colour code for a 1980 6 volt benly
the bike is the maroon red one

The website below lists dozens of Honda motorcycle paint codes. I wouldn't know where to start, so good luck!

There were only three metallic reds used by honda on uk bikes in 1980, I think you are looking for R-107C-U which is quite a dark red.
Best bet would be to go to a car paint seller and match the code up to a paint card. Take a painted part with you as colour matching is very subjective.

the colour code is normany on the silver engine plate usally 3 numbers and a letter, i hope this ansers your question ok
