When I start the car the AC will only blow to the windshield defroster. After 10 15 minutes of the engine running the AC will blow through the vents. If a turn the corner or hit a bump the AC then blows hot air. I have to shut off the AC and then turn it back on and then it blows cold air.Any ideas would be appreciated

You have low a vacuum problem. The vent controls are vacuum powered. When the vacuum is not enough to run them the vent control always defaults to defrost and the hot/cold mix door goes to hot. It 's probably low vacuum from the engine because of a leak somewhere.
