No,infact on the 3rd of October he performed an untitled song on a radio station which was 2:18 seconds long,which could possible be on his new album 'King Mathers' in 2008.

He has stopped making his own albums, supposedly. But he still does remixs, and does concerts. You can never stop a rapper from rapping.
