I set up a saltwater aquarium last night. How many days do I have to wait before adding fish ?

you have to wait until your tank is cycled
that means you will experience a nitrite and ammonia spike, and then you will start seeing nitrAtes, which is the good part

To get your tank cycled faster, you will need to get liverock and livesand, or maybe you can even get water from your store from one of your tanks, which will help to grow your bacteria a bit faster and shorten the cycle time

but usually it takes anywhere from 2-8 weeks to get a tank cycled also depending on the size

Hope that helps
Good luck

Test the water daily once your ammonia and nitrite and then finally nitrate spike and go back down then you can add fish. Some take a month others take longer also if you use premixed salt water like ocean water its allot less time

If you aren't using sand, you have to cycle the tank and wait for about 2-3 months.
